You will lead troubleshooting efforts to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently, engage in Major Incident Management, pinpointing and addressing network performance concerns, collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless network operations, proactively monitor network alarms and manage incidents, conduct in-depth reviews of network changes, and provide expert troubleshooting guidance.

Key qualifications for this role include 5+ years of hands-on experience managing complex enterprise networks, strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, STP, NXOS, N9K), experience with incident management and change requests, proven experience in large-scale network operations with periodic on-call responsibilities, hands-on experience with orchestration platforms (NDFC, DCNM), certifications such as CCNP, and understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow.
