We are seeking a highly skilled Incident And Event Analyst to join our team. As an Incident And Event Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective monitoring, response and reporting of system and infrastructure health to key business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct event monitoring according to established treatment plans.
- Take proactive measures to reduce high-priority incidents through event monitoring.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure monitoring is efficient and effective.
- Maintain accurate records of incident cases.
- Monitor, manage and report on areas of focus for multi-service provider job queues.
- Participate in assessments of the maturity and effectiveness of Incident processes.
- Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance day-to-day running event and incident activity.
- Proven experience within an IT service desk environment.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathise and prioritise tasks.
- Able to deliver high-quality client service under direction.
- Able to develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships, partnerships and networks.
