Job Title: Work Consultant

This role will involve providing support to individuals in employment, identifying barriers and developing solutions to assist them in maintaining their positions.

The position can be based at any of our local sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to participants in employment
  • Identify barriers and develop solutions
  • Assist participants in maintaining their employment
Requirements:
  • Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in challenging environments
  • Proven experience working in a high-performance environment
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Strong engagement and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel software
Essential Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current driver's licence
  • Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle for work purposes
  • Criminal history check
  • Working with Children Check
