Fitness Leader Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our fitness team, driving members towards achieving their health goals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting aquatic and leisure activities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading group exercise classes and personal training sessions
- Developing and implementing innovative fitness programs to meet member needs
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Certification in Exercise Science or equivalent
- Aqua qualification or yoga/pilates certification
- Registration with a recognized fitness association
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children's Check
- Current National Police check
