Clinical Trial Leadership Opportunity: We seek a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager to lead global research studies in infectious diseases. This role involves overseeing the delivery of contracted services and guiding cross-functional teams through all project life cycles.

About the Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and other applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Serve as primary contact for project-specific issues and study deliverables.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
  • Lead cross-functional oversight of project team members and deliverables, including training provision.
  • Contribute to review and development of study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final study report.
  • Develop operational project plans.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Monitor site quality, supervising project Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and monitoring deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a health/life science related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in clinical trial management within the Asia Pacific region; relevant indications are desirable.
  • Prior CRO experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proficient verbal and written English.
  • Flexibility, accountability, and comfort working in a global environment.
