Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to provide high-quality education and care to children from birth to five years.

About the Opportunity:

  • Contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection of the educational program for the children.
  • Provide quality education and care to support children's learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and community members.
  • Cultivate engaging play-based learning environments that respond to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Guide and support educators to implement the program and philosophy for the children.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT (experience working as educational lead advantageous).
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
  • Understand the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
