We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscaping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are well-maintained and looking their best.

About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong passion for the outdoors and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. You will be working closely with our team to maintain our landscapes, which includes tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming and edging, planting flowers and shrubs, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the appearance of our outdoor spaces through regular lawn care and landscaping activities.
  • Operate and maintain various equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Plant and tend to flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring they are healthy and thriving.
  • Conduct routine checks on irrigation systems and perform repairs as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation is essential.
  • You must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, often for extended periods.
  • A strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces is necessary.
  • You should have the physical stamina to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are required.
  • Please note that being a citizen and having a valid driver's license are mandatory requirements.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, taking into account the level of expertise and experience required for this role. In addition to a generous salary, we also provide benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
