We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Test Manager to lead our test strategies in a dynamic environment.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and drive projects forward.
  • They will create and implement comprehensive test plans that align with project objectives and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to prepare accurate testing estimates, including resource requirements, to inform project planning and personnel allocation.
  • Collaboration with the testing community is essential to establish best practice methods and techniques.

To succeed as a Test Manager, you should demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of ISTQB Test Manager qualification
  • At least 10 years of experience in test management and delivery
  • Excellent hands-on experience and risk management knowledge
  • Proven expertise across data pipeline, web, API, mobile, and cloud solution testing, as well as Agile methodology
