Transforming Retail Businesses through Strategic Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to join our team and drive business transformation in the retail sector. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.

About the Role

The Senior Principal Enterprise Architect (Retail) will be responsible for leading client engagements across our targeted verticals, including retail. The successful candidate will have expertise in industry value chains, client pains, and ambitions, as well as experience in delivering enterprise architecture engagements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support client managers in account planning, opportunity seeding, opportunity strategy & execution, portfolio ideation, and in-contract innovation strategy.
  • Conduct workshops with clients' C-suite and line of business executives to understand their vexing issues and investigate approaches for mitigating them.
  • Create high-level architectures that address clients' business and technology needs and wants.
  • Orchestrate specialized domain architects to optimize total solutions for value and cost.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or any technology discipline.
  • Total experience of 15+ years, and 5+ years in delivering enterprise architecture engagements.
  • Experience in the retail vertical, with exposure to best practices and business models relevant to above verticals.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
