About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Belgravia Kids. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics programs to children of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and challenging gymnastics programs that cater to the needs of our participants
  • Provide coaching and guidance to participants to help them improve their gymnastics skills and achieve their goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine participant skill levels and develop individualized coaching plans
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and coaching activities
Requirements
  • Intermediate or Advanced Gymnastics Coaching accreditation
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for working with children and developing their gymnastics skills
