Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data systems and processes that enable us to meet our environmental and sustainability reporting obligations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Environment team and other internal stakeholders to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of environmental data capture and reporting. They will also help design and automate data flows between corporate systems such as Accounts Payable, Fleet, Assets, Facilities, and Procurement to support energy and emissions reporting.

Key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Environment Manager to lead the structuring and automation of energy, emissions, waste, and compliance data flows across the business, administering and maintaining Service Stream's environmental data platform, building and maintaining reports and dashboards that track performance against environmental KPIs, and supporting compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a data analytics, performance reporting, or similar role.
  • Experience working in a complex, compliance-driven business is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, including data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Power BI dashboards, with familiarity in data modelling and data quality principles.
