Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team in Central Western Victoria. The successful candidate will focus on supporting clients living in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
  • Deliver speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
  • Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence

Requirements

  • Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference
  • Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle

Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist
  • Current certified practicing membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
