Paramedic Opportunity – Australia FIFO Role

An experienced Paramedic is required to join a close-knit team as the mining operations begin to ramp up. The role involves working on a 12/9 roster from Perth.

The successful candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with statutory Occupational Health & Safety policies and regulations, while providing coaching and training in safety, health, and injury management.

A strong background in OH&S, training, emergency response / management, workers compensation, medical protocols, and health & safety systems and standards is essential. Additional requirements include risk management, investigative procedures, auditing, ERT, remote operations, and issues associated with the FIFO lifestyle.

The position demands strong communication, leadership, training, and rapport-building skills, enabling effective interaction across all levels of site management to front-line leadership.

You will be expected to set a high standard of performance, take accountability for task delivery, and maintain a high level of ethical behaviour and codes of conduct.
