Personalised Home Care Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Live-In Carer to provide high-quality, personalised care to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support services including meal preparation, shopping, housekeeping, laundry, ironing, bed making, companionship, pet care, transport to appointments, social outings, mobility assistance, running errands, showering, and assistance with dressing.
- They will also maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times, ensuring adherence to client care plans and documenting all interactions and observations.
- The successful candidate will have prior experience in live-in care or a related field.
- They must possess a compassionate and empathetic nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation would be highly regarded, as would qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Nursing.
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications are also essential.
- Additionally, the ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and foster meaningful connections with clients is crucial.
