We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shutdown Crane Operators to join our team in various locations across Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient shutdown of cranes and other heavy machinery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement effective shutdown procedures to prevent accidents and minimize downtime.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform routine maintenance and repairs on crane and rigging equipment.

• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on shutdown procedures and safety protocols.

**Requirements:**

• 5+ years of experience in shutdown operations, preferably in the mining or construction industry.

• Proven track record of safely operating heavy machinery and managing high-pressure situations.

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols, including WHS (Work Health and Safety) Act.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
