About Bunnings and the Role

Bunnings is a leading retailer of home improvement and lifestyle products in Australia and New Zealand, catering to consumer and commercial customers through a network of stores, trade centres, frame and truss sites, and online platforms.

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be the face of Bunnings, providing a friendly and helpful service to every customer who walks through our doors. You will be responsible for stock management, ensuring a clean and tidy work environment, and serving customers via our checkout registers.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences across the store, ensuring every interaction counts.
  • Manage stock effectively, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide efficient and friendly service at our checkout registers.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and inclusive team, making a positive impact on the community and having fun along the way.
