Senior Mechanical Assembly Specialist

At Talent Focus, we're on the hunt for a seasoned Mechanical Fitter to join our team. As a key player in our engineering services, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality products and services to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Disassemble complex machinery, ensuring all components are properly documented and stored.
- Clean, re-balance, re-order, and re-paint disassembled parts to factory specifications.
- Reassemble client equipment to satisfactory standards, adhering to industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of parts prior to strip and refurbishment, including condition reports and job order progression.
- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
- No less than 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical assembly.
- Prior experience in defence, rail, or energy sectors is highly desirable.
- Must possess full, unrestricted working rights within Australia.
- A reliable means of transportation is essential.
We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $50 plus superannuation benefits. This casual position operates Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time of 6am and finish at 2:30pm (12pm on Fridays).
