You will be working on various tasks such as:

  • Helpdesk Support Level 1, 2 & 3
  • Setup & Support Server Environments (2012, 2016, 2019), Hyper-V, SQL, Exchange, 3rd Party and Linux
  • Setup & Support Desktop Environments (Windows 10, MAC)
  • Setup & Support Mobile Devices (Android, iPhone)
  • Setup & Support Network Devices (Ubiquiti)
  • Microsoft Office 365, MYOB, Global Spam Filtering, Managed AV, Managed Backup, and other cloud solutions
  • Cybersecurity Program setup and maintenance

You'll need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in desktop, server & cloud helpdesk support with a background in MSP environment
  • An eye for details and commitment to doing things right first time around
  • Skills in Networking, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Routing, NTFS, Azure, RMM, PSA
