Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of construction and fitout projects in Perth and regional areas. The ideal candidate will have experience managing site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site construction activities and workflow to meet project timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractor installers and associated trades for efficient project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, reporting back to relevant personnel.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, project stakeholders, and the wider project team.
  • Prepare progress reports and update project schedules as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Supervisor or Project Manager in the cabinetmaking and construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetmaking and fitout methods, materials, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
