Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Intensive Care Registrar to join our team and manage patients in the ICU and HDU. The ideal candidate will have experience as an ICU Registrar, be able to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial assessment and management of patients in critical/emergency situations
  • Care of patients in ICU and HDU as required
  • Accurate recording of patient history, examination, and management plans
  • Effective communication with allied health staff
  • Review of results and timely advice to consultants
Requirements
  • Registration or eligibility for registration as a medical practitioner with AHPRA
  • Experience as an Intensive Care Registrar
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
