Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Lead to deliver value to our customers by partnering with the business to plan and deliver corporate change initiatives and projects.

• Deliver major organisational changes by providing expert advice on change management, project management and communications.
• Manage, monitor and implement change related activities to facilitate a smooth transition for staff onto new integrated technology platforms.

• Skills to operate as change lead for people on major corporate projects.
• A passion for and understanding of people and customer needs when delivering change.
• Experience as a project coordinator/lead for large scale projects.
• Ability to prepare and deliver project communications to a customer audience.
• Experience and knowledge of change and project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Desire to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to enable and embed successful change.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
