About the Role

MedFuture is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Neuro Rehabilitation role at our facility in North Western Melbourne. As a reputable healthcare provider, we recognize the importance of allied health professionals and their contribution to the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in a Neuro Rehabilitation setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote patient independence and functional ability
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Completed a recognized tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia
  • Unrestricted work permit
  • Compliance with relevant state government health mandates
  • Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
  • Police clearance and Working with Children's check
