About the Job

This role is responsible for implementing our national rural products strategy, providing guidance and support to branch teams to achieve financial targets in retail. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in rural product inputs, particularly in broadacre cropping.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support forecasting and planning activities within the network to enhance the sales and operations process.">
  • Drive initiatives and campaigns across all product divisions related to cropping, ensuring alignment with branch objectives.">
  • Collaborate with account managers to implement targeted rural product planning where specific needs are identified.">
  • Deliver comprehensive training on priority rural products, utilizing expert knowledge to enhance team understanding.">
  • Monitor product logistics, ensuring compliance with processes and best practices to maximize operational efficiency.">

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will require a background in agriculture with a deep understanding of product logistics and supply chain management. Strong knowledge of marketing, pricing strategies, and product ranging is also essential to drive sales effectively.
