About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Banking Product Manager to lead the development of our Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products. This senior role will involve partnering with global clients, driving product strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to market.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, with experience in product development and collaboration with technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent stakeholder management abilities, are essential for success in this role.

A competitive $150,000 - $200,000 per annum salary package is on offer for this exciting opportunity, reflecting the importance of this position in shaping our banking product landscape. Located in Sydney, this role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team and make a lasting impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and guidance on product development and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, delivery, and sales, to ensure seamless execution and innovation.
  • Drive product innovation, design, and content creation, fostering breakthrough solutions that meet client needs.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including prospects and clients, to gather feedback and tailor offerings to their requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Proven expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance, with a strong track record of product development and launch.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with experience working across functions and geographies.
  • A solid grasp of technology integration within banking systems, with the ability to navigate technical complexities.
  • Prior experience in banking or software firms, with a focus on product development and collaboration with technical teams.
