**Customer Service Representative:**

We are seeking an experienced individual to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Load and unload products from vehicles.
  • Process customer orders and transactions accurately.
  • Receive and process deliveries as required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Full clean class 1 driver licence and forklift licence or experience.
  • Trade/product knowledge or warehousing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Basic computer and numeracy skills.
