This is a role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. As a physiotherapist, you will be working with individuals who have a variety of disabilities, focusing on neurological, progressive neurological and physical disabilities.
On a daily basis, you will conduct assessments, design therapy plans and provide support to participants in diverse environments. This could range from their homes to day centers, parks or even at the beach.
The goal of this role is to help participants achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with them to understand their needs and develop a plan that suits their requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that meet the unique needs of each participant.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to participants and their families to empower them to take control of their health.
We are looking for physiotherapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives. If you have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and are able to work collaboratively as part of a team, then this could be the ideal role for you.
- Fully qualified physiotherapist with AHPRA registration.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in physiotherapy.
