Join Our Team as a Senior Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences for our children, ensuring they receive the best possible start in life.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week, with a salary of up to $34.72 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working together to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
  • Put safety first with everything you do

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
