About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Synaco Global Recruitment. As a world leader in manufacturing of mineral processing and water treatment equipment, we are committed to upskilling and training individuals who have the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect parts against technical drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Fabricate, align, and join parts to construct a variety of products, ensuring correct assembly and quality control.
  • Assist with counting and checking stock daily, ensuring correct location and inventory management.
  • Maintain high levels of quality in assembly work, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain records to provide objective evidence that products conform to requirements.
  • Conduct QA tests on finished products and report outcomes within specified timeframes.
Requirements
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Trade background or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with various measurement instruments and tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Manual dexterity required for assembly of small parts.
  • Basic hand tool experience and knowledge.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35-45ph, a 6am start time, and a Bankstown location. This is a temp to perm opportunity with ASAP start. If you are a mechanically minded individual with a trade background and experience with measurement instruments, we encourage you to apply.
