Business Development Manager for Industrial Refrigeration Services

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to lead our Industrial Refrigeration Aftermarket efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve designated targets and drive business growth in the Industrial Refrigeration Aftermarket.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales approaches and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project sales, to maximize service, spares, and maintenance opportunities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience in the Industrial Refrigeration industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Industrial Refrigeration market and its players.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
