Service Technician Job Description

This role is for a skilled and enthusiastic technician to work on site at Sapphire Wind Farm.

  • Undertake scheduled service and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Respond to site calls outside normal working hours to undertake reactive maintenance.

The successful applicant must hold a recognised trade certificate and have experience with HV/LV, hydraulics and mechanical systems in residential, commercial and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Site induction and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Meeting the requirements of the SMA (Service Maintenance Agreement).
  • Complying with OH&S legislation and demonstrating commitment to accident prevention.
  • Observing work instructions, procedures, safety codes, employer requirements and statutory rules and regulations.
  • Participating in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Grade Electrical license and/or Mechanical trade certificate.
  • Full drivers license.
