Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with management to implement operational procedures and policies.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Providing training and coaching to staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Managing stock levels and inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
