Project Lead - Technology Delivery

Job Summary:

As a seasoned project lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex technology projects. Your key objective is to drive end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans in accordance with agreed timelines, schedule, budget, scope, and quality parameters.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through effective communication, negotiation, and influence to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and problems through proactive consultation with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice to senior executives and the board on project progress, deviations from plan, and recommendations for way forward.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects based on Microsoft Dynamics technology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Strong skills in MS Project and Jira as project management tools.
  • Prince2 / Agile methodologies expertise.
  • Experience in successfully managing teams with multi-disciplinary skillsets.
