Job Title: Security Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electronic access control systems, coordinating physical and electronic key management programs.
  • Provide technical support and serve as the point of contact for security operational enquiries from stakeholders.
  • Support the rollout of security initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, manuals, and guidelines for security systems use and management.
  • Conduct system commissioning inspections to ensure installations meet design, functional specifications, and operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in a security-related role, preferably within utilities, critical infrastructure, industrial, or government sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering access control and key management systems within a large or complex environment.
  • Ability to conduct incident investigations and contribute to risk mitigation planning.

About You:

  • You must have knowledge and understanding through hands-on experience in operating or managing security systems deployed across multiple sites.
  • Working with various security technologies such as Integriti, CyberLock/CyberKey, Traka, and related access control and CCTV systems.
  • A sound understanding of security risk management principles, PSPF requirements, Defence in Depth concepts, and CPTED principles.

As a skilled Security Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of people, information, and assets. With strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, you will work closely with our team to deliver effective security solutions.
