Key Role Summary

This is a vital and dynamic position where the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively is key.

As part of our content marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of digital content including photography, video and online news articles, blogs, editorials and social media copy.

You will work collaboratively with our team to plan and coordinate content across a wide range of industries and identify opportunities for content production.

One of your key responsibilities will be to manage our team of bloggers to ensure target audiences engage with content in the most impactful way.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all content is correct, thoroughly researched, SEO optimised, social by nature and drives engagement to highlight the unique value proposition for each of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, write and produce compelling content for a range of audiences and channels to drive behaviour change.

- Plan and organise a multi-faceted work program, managing contractors and clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

- Strategic content marketing calendar production.

- Proven content writing or marketing experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting skills preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Knowledge of web, digital advertising and social media best practices and content requirements (e.g. SEO) would be favourable - ongoing training will be included in the role.

- Project management skills that demonstrate projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and to budget.

- Proficiency in interpreting data and insights and reporting on content effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics.

- Excellent stakeholder management experience and ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
