Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. As the welcoming face of our park, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proficient in using computer systems, including RMS, and possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This role involves processing guest check-ins and outs, managing accounts, coordinating with the Housekeeping team, and supplying guests with information about the park and local areas of interest. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and completing day-to-day office administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to guests
  • Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently
  • Manage accounts accurately using RMS
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to ensure readiness of accommodation
  • Supply guests with information about the park and local areas of interest
  • Maintain accurate records and complete day-to-day office administration tasks
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including RMS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
