Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key organizations, managing leads, and implementing marketing initiatives to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Manage all respite and permanent leads from prospective residents and their families.

  • Oversee all leads in our CRM database to ensure efficient tracking and follow-up.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key organizations that can refer prospective residents to our aged care homes.

  • Assist in meeting and exceeding occupancy and sales targets, including RAD sales.

  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to generate new sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plans and comply with customer-centric sales methods to deliver an exceptional client experience.

  • Travel to various client locations for sales meetings and presentations, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.

  • Achieve financial targets related to occupancy, RAD, additional services, and ACFI by leveraging your sales expertise and market knowledge.

  • Maintain competitive profiles for facilities and manage inbound leads efficiently, utilizing technology and administrative skills.

  • Ensure all prospects receive timely and professional communication, providing accurate information packages and promoting our aged care services.

  • Record and track all leads in the CRM database, ensuring up-to-date and clear information is readily available.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential:

    • Demonstrated success in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

    • Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with prospective residents and their families.

    • A current driver's license and National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Performance Outcomes:

  • Compliance with sales plan initiatives and admissions process, ensuring seamless resident onboarding.

  • Achievement of financial targets, including occupancy rates, RAD targets, and contracts written, through strategic sales planning and execution.

  • Improvement in channel leads and CRM database management, leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
