Senior Fashion Designer Opportunity

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role in our Design Team.

We are seeking a creative and commercially-minded Fashion Designer who can drive the conception and development of all products within their brand, with a customer-centric focus.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design direction and create captivating collections from start to finish.
  • Maintain close links with manufacturers to ensure seamless handovers and accurate tech packs.
  • Communicate regularly with the Design Team to highlight and resolve critical design issues.
  • Select, develop, and source fabrications, colours, trims etc. in line with company standards.
  • Attend fit sessions and use technical ability to ensure best fit is achieved and approve final samples.
  • Approve all details of final product in line with original design brief.
  • Understand manufacturing structures to identify cost and manufacturing opportunities.
  • Participate in range planning meetings to ensure balanced styling, colour, and fabrications.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong trend forecasting skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and commercial knowledge of the fashion industry.
