We are looking for a skilled Northern Asia Pacific Leader to join our team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving our ethics and compliance program forward, working closely with senior leadership, legal, and operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, ethics, or law, with significant experience in leadership and management roles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ethics and compliance programs, ensuring that our company operates within the legal and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development, Risk Assessment, Monitoring, and Corrective/Preventative Actions: Provide input into the development of corporate ethics and compliance policies and procedures, ensuring local business processes and operational procedures are consistent with global policies.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other risk functions for holistic analysis of programs, and with other Ethics & Compliance teams, to build and improve controls and programs that support our global strategy.
  • Training and Education: Assess compliance communications and training needs for the businesses, supporting ethics and compliance program needs and organizational change management goals.
