We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to take on the role of Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to nursing staff, facilitating safe and quality care delivery, and promoting a positive work culture.

This is a part-time position that operates from Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts. The role reports to the Nurse Unit Manager and involves tasks such as recruitment, rostering, staffing, and education.
