Service Solutions Leader

This role requires a leader to oversee the technical support function for customers and field teams, ensuring prompt and effective corrective repairs while maintaining disciplined management.

Responsibilities:
  • Support critical business decisions by performing analysis and generating insights with recommended actions to enhance service outcomes and delivery.
  • Develop best practice comparisons between regions to encourage standardized approaches to efficiency.
  • Use data-driven cases to ensure alignment and success around optimizations, growth, and costs.
  • Handle customer escalations effectively from a technical perspective.
  • Lead productivity projects across the Services organization, including facilitating cost workouts to prevent/minimize failures, improve fix rates, and reduce ANZ cost amounts.
  • Utilize key data points to continuously develop the team and manage training budgets for improved system reliability.
  • Support NPI & EOL programs in partnership with Region Support Engineers and Modality Segment Lifecycle teams.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and perform daily management for all systems.
  • Collaborate with safety leaders to ensure highest levels of safety in daily operations.

Qualifications And Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10 years' leadership experience in the technical, healthcare, or business environment.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading multi-functional teams in a broad geographic area.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
