Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health Professionals.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address clinical and operational issues, and implement solutions to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff, and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of clinical services, including rostering, leave management, and personnel issues.
- Eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a remote or regional community.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of indigenous culture and social determinants of health.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform clinical and operational decisions.
