Early Childhood Centre Director (Nominated Supervisor)

We're an independent 55-place service with a diverse community and a strong, play-based educational program. Our Educators are experienced, long-tenured and deeply connected with our families.

What You'll Lead
  • Ensure children's safety and wellbeing in line with National Law & Regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and maintain compliance and documentation.
  • Develop a high-performing team; provide solutions-focused leadership to staff members.
  • Foster trusting relationships with families and our local community.
  • Collaborate with the Educational Leader to evolve an inclusive EYLF 2.0 program.
  • Work closely with the Approved Provider to contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement.
About You
  • Children's safety is paramount – always.
  • Lead with empathy and consistency, while maintaining open communication channels.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of NQF/NQS, National Law & Regulations, and best-practice documentation.
  • Bring proven experience in managing early childhood services and working with children aged 0-6.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and remain calm under pressure.
Must-Haves
  • Hold an Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or ECT).
  • Possess valid WWCC, National Police Check, and Child Protection training.
  • Hold First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • Have a Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • Enjoy meaningful autonomy within a supportive team environment.
