Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Specialist to join our Investor Services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in transfer agency operations and be able to provide exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the direct manager in managing and supervising the team on all tasks, including transaction processing, KYC/AML document reviews, FATCA/CRS reporting, and other client reporting;
  2. Monitor processes and delivery to ensure we meet all agreed KPIs;
  3. Promote and provide training/demo to clients on the use of the SS&C portal;
  4. Respond timely to inquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors;
  5. Handle new client onboarding, ensuring all internal setups meet the needs of the clients;
  6. B builds and maintains good relationships with clients;
  7. Participate in system enhancement projects to improve reporting quality or operational efficiency of the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds;
  • Excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production;
  • Experience working as a supervisor and ability to multi-task;
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
