  • This role offers a chance to kick-start your career in business, with exposure to various roles and responsibilities across the company while completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Sales and Marketing Activities: Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and creating sales materials.

Administration and Office Management: Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, and perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns.

Site Visits: Attend site visits with the Facility/Operations Manager to gain insights into the company's operations and develop your understanding of the industry.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills through regular interaction with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.

Time Management and Organisation: Effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Positive Attitude and Proactivity: Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, always looking for ways to improve processes and contribute to the team's success.

Continuous Learning: Embrace ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
