Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reach Stacker Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the Reach Stacker to move containers efficiently and safely.

  • Loading and unloading containers from trains, trucks and warehouses
  • Following load plans to set up trains for container delivery
  • Undertaking routine cleaning of equipment
  • Driving the Internal Transfer Vehicle to move containers throughout the yard
  • Unpacking containers and operating small forklifts as required
Key Accountabilities

The Reach Stacker Operator will be accountable for:

  • Maintaining a high level of safety and adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient loading and unloading of containers
  • Meeting productivity targets and minimizing downtime
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with colleagues
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience operating a Reach Stacker
  • A valid RS licence and LF Ticket
  • A commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of passing a pre-employment medical assessment
