Job Description

We are seeking a multi-skilled payroll professional for our Welshpool office. This role focuses primarily on payroll, with additional support to the accounts payable and finance team.

The key aspects of this role include:

  • End-to-end processing of company payrolls (monthly)
  • Maintenance of employee records
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll-related queries
  • Maintaining and providing payroll reports as required by HR, including internal and statutory obligations
  • Calculation and processing of termination payments and records

Additionally, you will be involved in occasional support to Accounts payable and invoicing, which includes:

  • Processing of vendor invoices matching to company purchase orders and delivery dockets
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Completing monthly reconciliations of creditor statements to payable's ledger
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Completion of end-of-month reconciliations and credit card statements
  • Processing of customer invoices

You will be part of an established finance team, providing support and contributing to the success of the organization.

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workflow accordingly
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and other stakeholders
