The RoleWe are seeking a Diploma qualified educator to join our team at Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra). As an educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our children. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Delivering high-quality education and care that meets the needs of each child
- Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment
- Maintaining effective communication with parents and carers
- Actively contributing to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
- Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
