Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care for young children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children. You will work closely with other educators and centre staff to plan and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of individual children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with National Quality Standards and Goodstart's policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement and professional development within the centre.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • The ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A permanent right to work in Australia.
