The Job Description:

Fitness Cartel's Member Support Consultants are responsible for:

  • Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns; generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and achieve successful customer outcomes on the reception desk; proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention
  • Club Operations: Open and close the club as per the club roster; active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Service Calls: Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience

About You:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

What We Offer:

An hourly rate of $30.13 (inclusive of casual loading)
