About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Inspector to join our team, bringing experience in engineering management, asset risk, and HSE in maintenance environments.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, identifying defects, managing work orders, and providing technical advice and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of assets to ensure quality and compliance with standards
  • Identify defects and non-conformances, and prepare detailed repair reports
  • Manage work orders and asset data within Maximo, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on HSE standards, recommending corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, working closely with community teams to ensure satisfaction
  • Engage with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance
  • Provide expert technical advice, condition assessments, and compliance reporting to support informed decision-making
Qualifications
  • Qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Electrical Trade with relevant experience
  • Experience in engineering management, asset risk, and HSE in maintenance environments
  • Strong organisational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in civil, mechanical, or electrical infrastructure is highly regarded
